cuppa nice stuff

Hello all out there who take the time to stop by :)

Something nice in a mug or two or ten for the cold/cough season is this:
1 TBSP fresh ginger root, washed, peeled, finely chopped
2 wedges of fresh lemon, peeled and sliced
1 TBSP honey
3 cups water
simmer all together for 10-15 minutes so the flavors come out.
pour into your mug and enjoy! You gotta eat the ginger pieces too-they're good for you!

Sure looking forward to trying your "cuppa nice stuff". Enjoyed also your leftovers in the fridge story, probably cause I can relate lol.
